Across the Nightmare is 300 BPM, but the notechart is easy (and if you can read 300 BPM, you can pretty much read 400 no problem). Hell, something like Be in my paradise, which is a mere 6 footer and 64 BPM could easily be the hardest notechart if you slap some 64th and 48th Notes on it. __________________________________________________
