IlseFemkeGjaltema ::: Favorites My mom and dad where there(dont know if its this one but the where at the glass spider tour:) ) 07-08-04 18:00:28 _____________________________________________________
sheldonstarr ::: Favorites I saw both Serious Moonlight and The Glass Spider tours and I remember the latter being too "showy" and production oriented. The music was great though and I especially liked that Peter Frampton was on guitar along with Carlos Alomar (who stayed out of Serious Moonlight) Great song and the differences between the two tours only exemplify how creative and versatile the Thin White Duke really is. 07-06-13 20:28:54 _____________________________________________________
bowie1983 ::: Favorites It's missing saxophones but hey. :) 07-05-10 15:54:22 _____________________________________________________
Gartenzwerg360 ::: Favorites I believe the girl unwrapping him is Toni Basil. She was on this tour ( known for singing "oh mickey your so fine") 07-01-08 21:53:50 _____________________________________________________
bionicbigfoot ::: Favorites No no...her name's Melissa Hurley, and she was 21 in 1987...! Basil was a choreographer for the "Through the Flames" dance troupe Bowie used on this tour, but she didn't travel with them. 07-07-23 21:56:11 _____________________________________________________
Gartenzwerg360 ::: Favorites This might be Melissa Hurley in this video, but I do know Basil choreographed the performance for the tour. She also made an appearance and performed on some US shows. I know because I was there. 07-07-24 00:00:16 _____________________________________________________
bionicbigfoot ::: Favorites Whoa, whoa...easy there, big fella. Nobody's doubting your whereabouts in 1987; I merely stated that you were completely, utterly erroneous in stating that MH is really TB. As Casey Stagel used to say, "You can look it up". Tool 07-07-24 11:52:23 _____________________________________________________
Gartenzwerg360 ::: Favorites NEWS FLASH! Not everything is on the inernet - nor is everything on the internet accurate.I could argue with you till I'm blue in the face and you could too.However I AM right. I worked that tour. 07-07-24 13:21:45 _____________________________________________________
bionicbigfoot ::: Favorites hmmm...just wondering, but if you, ahem, "worked that tour", then how can you confuse MH with TB?? How can you not recognize video footage of a dancer (MH) who performed the same routine with DB throughout that tour..? You know, lies make Baby Jesus cry. Tool. 07-07-24 16:04:37 _____________________________________________________
Gartenzwerg360 ::: Favorites Are you blue in the face yet? 07-07-30 01:25:08 _____________________________________________________
BoysKeepSwingin ::: Favorites I found The Glass Spider the worst Bowie tour ever. All too much & far over the top. His singing is great though & with the hispanic girl who unties him he had a 6 month relation afterwards 06-12-22 19:09:27 _____________________________________________________
eriksau ::: Favorites I did not think the album was bad at all, except for day in/day out and the horrible title track. But in gothenburg he sang heroes with one hand in his pocket. I couldn´t get over it. Big disappointment, but it´s over now, all right 06-12-13 15:35:23 _____________________________________________________
bionicbigfoot ::: Favorites Awesome. I'm actually a Glass Spider-era fan...(yeah, I know) 06-12-11 21:56:51 _____________________________________________________
Alianger ::: Favorites ugh what an awful version. but hte singing is prett good. 06-10-24 13:57:30 _____________________________________________________
absoulutebowie86 ::: Favorites haha The Glass Spider tour rocked...i cant wait till the DVD comes out in a few weeks...<3 06-09-20 21:15:35 _____________________________________________________ |
