Excellent form there. to all the people who say 3 reps isnt enough, stfu. Traditional powerlifting programs gererally all consist of 10 sets of 3 reps, its widely regarded as the fastest way to build strength.

you would get more strength from 6-8 reps, your muscles havent worked hard enough with 3 reps
