The DS has two processors, ARM7 which I believe is clocked at 33 mhz, and ARM9 which is clocked at 66 mhz. The DS only has 4 megabytes of RAM, but with the exception of some slot-2 solutions you can expand the ram ONLY by 32 megs. Windows XP needs a minimum of 128 megabytes of RAM to run.
