And atmospheric CO2 (from many years ago) is central to the artificial warming at present. And the sun's activity is actually cooling the Earth at the moment. RangerJonny ::: Favorites If you look at the world's temperatures over the past 1000 years you will see that the earth has a pattern of warming and then cooling. 100 years ago we were just coming out of the little ice age and now we are on the upward slope on a slight warming trend. RangerJonny ::: Favorites one tornado doesn't mean anything. If the frequency increases then it becomes something to look at. Also the F series is based on damage not on the size of the tornado. Since the tornado was in an urban area it wouldn't take a very strong or large tornado to cause a lot of damage. At the same time you will see monster tornadoes in rural areas that are classified as F 1 because there is nothing but livestock and trees and fences to destroy. 07-08-10 11:51:04 _____________________________________________________
