I have seen all the openings ceremonies since, and I still think that Moscow was the best! Kevindl1985 ::: Favorites It was extremely unfair to so many American athletes when President Carter decided to boycott the games. Alot of atheletes lost their chance at an olympic dream. He allowed politics to stand in the way of the olympics which is suspose to be an event that pust our differences behind us.
