Strange, but I never did hear a clear explanation as to what happened, though I would've expected to. HendrickMotorsports1 ::: Favorites I though, as i looked at this for a second time, that there was possibly contact between Cogan and the car behind him. But as the replays show there most certainly wasn't, his car just took a dead left. Possibly a flat left front tire. A broken axle could also be a solution, What ever it was Cogan came SO close to being crashed between the engine and the pit road wall at the end of the crash.
